Prior to working with us, the brand was relying on in-house staff that did not specialize in branding copy or sales copy for all their copywriting needs. This diverted valuable energy from other marketing efforts. They sought support with copywriting across multiple channels to improve retention, increase sales, and build brand awareness.

Services Provided

Over two and a half years, we created a monthly blogging strategy to support SEO on their new and improved website. We tackled branding copy by creating new taglines and collaborating on a brand manifesto. Email copy was a large focus in our monthly work together, driving sales, and nurturing client relationships. Eventually, we expanded into advertising copy for social media with efforts to target new and existing customers for the brand. Throughout our time supporting the brand on product copy, they successfully launched over 20 new SKU's.
